Do I have to be in Colombia to obtain your services?

No. In fact if you are looking to buy property in Medellin or any part of Colombia it is best to start with Expat Expert as soon as possible to open your investment account before you arrive to the country. Opening an investment account can be cumbersome and take up to 30 days so it’s best to get that waiting period taken care of before looking at properties that way when you arrive in Colombia you can hit the ground running.

Will I be updated on my services or projects?

Yes. You you will be in direct contact via cell phone with us every step of the way. When you arrive we will meet in person to go over the entire process of your venture from start to finish. We are here to service you, and make sure all of your worries and doubts are answered in a timely manner.
